This is a satisfying open face sandwich that is vegetarian friendly. Topped off with some fresh avocado, sliced almonds and fresh mushrooms. Top this off with some extra toppings for the tastiest results.

Yield: 4 Servings

Cooking Time: 17 Minutes

List of Ingredients:

• 4 Slices of Bread, Whole Grain and Toasted Lightly

• 1 Avocado, Fresh and Sliced

• 1 Cup of Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced

• 1/3 Cup of Almonds, Sliced Thinly and Lightly Toasted

• 1 Tomato, Fresh and Thinly Sliced

• 4 Slices of Swiss Cheese, Sliced Thinly

Instructions:

1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to broil.

2. Next place your bread onto a large sized baking sheet. Top each slice of bread with at least one quarter of avocado, sliced mushrooms, thinly sliced avocados and fresh tomato slices. Top off with your slices of Swiss cheese.

3. Place into your oven to broil and broil for the next 2 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt and bubble.

4. Remove and serve while your sandwich is still piping hot.
